The Poison Dart Frog is small, beautiful, and quite deadly for those daring enough to handle it wrong. Did you know that these frogs will even wrestle one another for control of their territory? I feel like we can all draw similarities to this animal in out sport. Jiu-Jitsu is meant to make the small and unassuming the victor in fighting. We may look easy to defeat, but its really quite the opposite!
